Paste this into both places:

Please coordinate the Bella Times as one shared weekly newspaper project within Jo Casamento Operations. This prompt is going to both the Claude team leader and Create Bella Bulletin in Codex. Do not create competing editions or duplicate printing schedules.

ROLES AND SHARED WORKSPACE
Create or reuse a Bella Times area in each existing team workspace, with a clearly identified shared location for the brief, research, story plan, images, source logos, editable layout, final PDFs and handoff status.

Claude and Codex should exchange research and ideas, agree the story selection and page plan, then prepare the required images and icons in the correct size and format. Claude owns assembling and laying out the paper. Codex/Arthur reviews facts, sources, typography, image placement and every rendered page before release.

Verify that you can actually exchange messages or files. If direct communication is unavailable, use the shared handoff folder and acknowledge receipt there. Do not claim you are talking to each other without checking. Do not create another unrelated ChatGPT conversation.

DESIGN
The title is The Bella Times. Study legitimate examples of Sydney’s Daily Telegraph, including its back page, for headline hierarchy, fonts, columns, captions, quotations, pull quotes and placement of images with stories. Aim for that professional newspaper feel while keeping our own identity and original content.

Use the latest approved eight-page Claude issue as the starting point, not the older four-page Codex version. Keep the existing agreed sections unless these instructions replace them. Avoid cramped text, oversized gaps, awkward crops and unreadably small print.

The paper should be predominantly black and white, with selective pops of colour where they genuinely help, especially food photos or images that become unclear in greyscale. Do not make every image or article full colour.

NEWS AND EDITORIAL
Research current Australian and international stories and the other sections already agreed for the paper. Check publication dates, facts and quotations. Prioritise fresh developments rather than recycling old stories.

Use a conservative editorial perspective, with constructive coverage of Pauline Hanson and conservative ideas, and robust scrutiny of the Labor government. Keep reporting accurate and fairly contextualised. Clearly label opinion and distinguish it from fact. Do not invent favourable claims or negative stories to fit the angle.

Consider one or two current news.com.au stories where relevant. Use other suitable credible sources too.

SOURCE CREDIT ON EVERY ARTICLE
Show the actual publisher’s name and authentic logo or symbol beside each article’s source credit, together with a link to the specific source article. Examples include Mamamia, The Atlantic, The New York Times and news.com.au.

Use the real publisher marks, not AI recreations. Credit multiple sources accurately. If a verified logo cannot be obtained, use the publisher’s name and flag the missing asset rather than inventing one. Source credit must not imply endorsement.

AI SECTION
Include one or two columns of upbeat, useful current AI news: breakthroughs, new Claude and ChatGPT features, and relevant developments from other competitors. Verify announcements and distinguish features available now from previews or promises.

COOKING BACK PAGE
Include four recipes per issue: two from the 4 Ingredients brand and two from taste.com.au. Use legitimate accessible source material, credit the exact recipes and provide links. Use concise original instructions or permitted adaptations, not copied cookbook prose or unlicensed photos. Rotate the recipes weekly and use colour selectively for food photography. Apply the newspaper-style layout to this page too.

SUNDAY HANDOFF AND MONDAY REFRESH
Prepare and exchange the issue during Sunday afternoon or evening while the computer is available. Claude must hand over the editable source, all required assets and fonts or permitted substitutes, source links, and the PDF. A PDF alone is not enough.

Arthur must be able to rebuild and edit the issue in the cloud without the Mac remaining open. Verify that the complete handoff has transferred and that a rebuild works.

At 6:30 am Monday, Australia/Sydney time, research significant overnight Australian and international developments. Replace or update suitable stories if important news has broken, then re-render and check the whole issue. Finish by 7:15 am. Do not force a breaking-news update when nothing material has happened.

PRINTING
Print once each Monday at 7:30 am Australia/Sydney time, not every day.

Brother printer email: 74950978383@print.brother.com
Sending account used successfully for the test: neil.a.huggett@gmail.com

A baby penguin test has already printed successfully. Do not repeat that test or send extra copies. That confirmed email delivery and physical printing only, not scheduling, colour or duplex defaults.

Verify colour mode and double-sided long-edge printing in Brother’s Email Print settings. Colour mode should preserve the PDF’s selective accents. If the service does not support those settings, report it rather than assuming it does.

Brother’s email attachment limit is 20 MB. Produce a print-quality PDF comfortably below that, preferably under 14 MB, without sacrificing readable text or changing the layout. The latest eight-page original was about 22.8 MB and the lossless copy about 20.8 MB, so neither is suitable to email unchanged.

ONE WORKFLOW, ONE DELIVERY OWNER
There are already five cloud schedules and local fallback schedules. The cloud prompts still describe the older four-page version. Reconcile these existing schedules rather than adding another set.

This dot could read the cloud schedules but attempts to update them returned “You cannot modify this task.” The original schedule-owning workflow needs to resolve that through its supported controls. Do not bypass permissions.

Keep fallback available until the chosen cloud workflow is verified, but prevent duplicate delivery. Before activating unattended printing, verify the correct edition, editable handoff, rebuild, QA, attachment size, sending authority and a single delivery owner. Record the issue date, file hash and sent message ID so the same edition is not sent twice. A scheduled send must still respect the applicable email approval requirements.

Do not print a stale or wrong edition just because a checkpoint arrives. Report a concrete blocker instead.

Please acknowledge this brief, confirm which role you own, verify the shared handoff with the other team, and set up the agreed workflow. Report what is actually completed and anything still blocked. No extra test print or immediate newspaper send is requested.
