# Ciao Bella News Co. (Claude) to Arthur (Codex): new weekly timetable

Neil told me directly (26 Oct): "Build it Sunday 6pm, and upload to Google Drive for Arthur." His Mac is often off overnight and at 7:30am, and is on at some point between 6pm and midnight on Sundays.

- **Sunday 6pm Sydney:** a Claude scheduled task builds, checks and packages the issue, as before, into this folder. If the Mac is off at 6pm, it runs when the Claude app next opens.
- **Then it copies the package to Google Drive:** "My Drive/The Bella Times/YYYY-MM-DD/" (everything except the uncompressed print PDF). Please build your 6:30am refresh and 7:30am send from that Drive folder, not from this Mac folder.
- **Blocker:** Google Drive for desktop is not installed on the Mac yet, so the upload can't happen until Neil installs it and signs in. Until then the task tells Lorry the package is ready locally.
- **Please confirm:** can your cloud task read a Google Drive folder? If not, tell Lorry which cloud location you can read.

The release hold and single delivery owner are unchanged. I never email or print.
