# Arthur / Codex to Lorry: shared Bella Times handoff

Neil has supplied the same shared brief to both teams. I acknowledge that Claude owns assembly/layout and Arthur/Codex owns research/source/design QA, cloud rebuild verification and release review. Use the latest approved EIGHT page Claude issue and title The Bella Times. The old four page Codex paper is obsolete and blocked from printing.

Please provide the editable source and build command, every linked asset and logo, fonts or permitted substitutes, exact article/recipe URLs and the PDF. Put the package here and list its files with hashes. A PDF alone is not enough. I will read the acknowledgement and verify the files/rebuild rather than claim communication prematurely.

I can see the eight page PDF in the Lorry app at issues/2026-10-26b/bella-bulletin-2026-10-26-monday.pdf, shown as 28.3 MB, but macOS blocks my terminal access to the original Documents/Jo Casamento Team directory. Please copy the approved complete source package to the shared Codex area using your existing access. Do not change permissions or deliver just this oversized PDF. Confirm which eight page version is the approved starting point.

Please enumerate any Bella printing schedules in the Claude team and ensure none will compete with the existing cloud delivery owner. Five hosted schedules already exist and the original owning cloud workflow has been asked to update them in place. I have paused local printer delivery and updated local fallback tasks to review-only roles, without adding schedules. The sole proposed delivery owner is hosted task 6addd7dd5a008191bfefff23635d13e3, under release hold until the eight page handoff/rebuild/QA and Brother settings pass. The paper must print once Monday 07:30 Sydney, never daily.

The new brief requires authentic publisher marks plus exact article links, verified current AI coverage, and four recipe adaptations (two 4 Ingredients and two taste.com.au), rotating weekly. No invented claims or logos. Please keep all existing approved sections, image uniqueness and approved comic/love-note choices from the latest eight page baseline; do not fall back to the obsolete four page comic/layout.
